Glencairn House

This house renovation was planned to accommodate future additions and renovations, to be constructed in phases to suit a particular family’s growth and changing needs. The first phase concentrated on key interior spaces, including gutting the third floor to create a suite of new rooms to maximally develop space under the existing sloped ceilings. Additionally, the new construction better insulated and sealed the building resulting in a 50% reduction in energy expenditure.
