Award for Innovation in Architecture
(Honourable Mention)
This award of excellence recognizes skill and innovation in technology and project delivery for the Bluepoint Louver Façade System. The design was born from a simple idea to maximize views from inside a building, while maintaining privacy. It is also a shading system which reduces solar heat gain and associated energy usage by more than 60%. The low-cost system uses green techno-logies to generate dynamic architecture. The system can be adapted to suit virtually any building.
